At Bernard Legal Yvetta Skrdlik specializes in international private and commercial law. Yvetta is a recognized lawyer not only in the Czech Republic but also in Germany. Prior to her collaboration with BERNARD LEGAL she worked at White & Case (Senior Associate, Head of German Desk) and Feddersen Laule Scherzberg Finkelnburg Clemm (Associate). She was also active in academic field at the University of Bielefeld, Germany, where she was giving lectures on various legal topics. Yvetta is the author of numerous legal articles and publications and she is also a member of various professional associations. She is also a mediator.
